As a distinguished Belle Haven house, this 1905 structure bespeaks the earliest generation of Colonial Revival design. The house had been neglected for many years, and so our work involved complete restoration. At the same time, we added the informal family spaces of a modern home, along with terraces, swimming pool, and a re-thinking of the beautifully situated site.
