This full renovation of a 100-year-old home overlooking Farm Creek in Rowayton preserves its historic charm while adapting it for modern coastal living. Elevated by more than 5 feet to meet FEMA flood requirements, the home retains its original street-facing character with a new stone foundation, entry stair, and raised planting beds. Inside, a 21-foot-wide folding glass wall connects the new open-plan living area to a covered porch with sweeping water views. The layout was reimagined to support both everyday living and larger family gatherings, with a newly finished third floor adding a lounge, bunk room, and home gym. The result is a timeless, welcoming home designed for flexibility and connection to its waterfront setting.
